You can keep the cream in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 5 days. Taste and add a little more vanilla or berries if you feel the need. (For a thin and runny chia pudding, use 1/2 cup chia seeds. Blend on high for another 2 - 3 min or until smooth. Add goji berries and raspberries and process again until well combined. Instructions Whisk the almond milk, chia seeds, and sweetener together in a large bowl. Add in the rest of the water, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract. If the cream is too thick add some water.
